Abstract
Low level of a competition in sphere of retail trade rises recently very often as at level of the enterprises, and the states. According to the author, necessity of statement and the decision of the whole complex of problems of the competitiveness connected with perfection of system of state regulation is obvious. In given article the author offers a number state the measures forming the competitive market environment.
